The Charlotte W. Newcombe Doctoral Dissertation Fellowships encourage original and significant study of religious and ethical values in all areas of human endeavor. At least 22 non-renewable Fellowships of $25,000 will be awarded for 12 months of full-time dissertation writing. Eligible proposals have religious or ethical values as a central concern, and come from fields within the humanities and social sciences. The competition deadline is November 15, 2013.
