THE NEWBERRY LIBRARY FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM is now
accepting applications for their Long-Term fellowship program. This fellowship
is for four to nine months with a stipend of $4,200 per month. Applicants much
hold a PhD by the application deadline to be eligible. Applications must be
submitted by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, November 15. Applications for their
Short-Term fellowships are also available. These fellowships are for one to two
months with a stipend of $2,500 a month. Applicants should be postdoctoral
scholars, PhD candidates, and those who hold other terminal degrees. The
Short-Term Fellowship deadline is Friday, December 15. For more information,
