CENTER is hosting Kelly Condit-Shrestha, Post-Doctoral Research Association, on
Tuesday, November 7 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM in Elmer L. Andersen Library Room
308 for her talk “U.S. International Adoption History: Race, Religion,
Immigration and Foreign Policy.” This talk examines the prewar history of U.S.
overseas child placement, when American actors established infrastructures
