The Southwest Texas Popular and American Culture Association invites submissions for the 33rd Annual Conference to be held February 8-11, 2012. The conference theme "Celebrating 'Foods & Culture(s) in a Global Context'" honors the cultures of New Mexico whose celebration of food transcends national boundaries.
