THE RIGS INITIATIVE is pleased to
announce its RIGS Dissertation Writing Retreat. The retreat is from June 4 – 8,
2018 and encourages applications from UMN dissertation writers who are broadly
engaged with and/or committed to addressing in their research some of the most
pressing socio-economic issues and inequalities of our time. Applications open
are due by 9:00 AM on Monday, April 23, and students will be notified of their
