THE GLOBAL SPOTLIGHT INITIATIVE is seeking proposals its 2014 grants competition to support international research by faculty and graduate students with a focus on the region of South Asia and/or the issue of global food security. Global Spotlight is the Global Programs and Strategy Alliance's biennial focus on a region of the world and a pressing global issue. The application deadline is October 19th, 2013.
