THE LOFT LITERARY CENTER will be hosting Minnesota Book Awards: Meet the Finalists on Friday, March 20th at 6:30 at the Loft. The event will feature the authors nominated for Minnesota Book Awards including American Studies faculty member Brenda Child, for her book My Grandfather's Knocking Sticks: Ojibwe Family Life and Labor on the Reservation.
