THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION is announcing fellowship opportunities for doctora research abroad. The Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Program (DDRA) funds students in modern foreign languages and area studies for periods of six to 12 months.
