THE FILM AND MEDIA STUDIES
PROGRAM AT SMITH COLLEGE invites applications for a full-time, two-year
position at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor starting July 1, 2018.
Candidates’ work should center on global television studies; additional
expertise in television in the era of digital platforms, the history of
television, film studies, and/or critical race studies is desirable. Applicants
should have a Ph.D. in Media Studies, or a related discipline by the time of
